JOHANNESBURG - Members of the public in Gordon's Bay in the Western Cape have been urged to be cautious during high windy conditions.
On Saturday afternoon, some vehicles were found floating near beaches.

The spring high tide swept them in around 3:30pm.
No injuries have been reported but law enforcement authorities are on high alert.
Officials have appealed to the public to be cautious around the coastland and in inland rivers, lakes, and dams during storm conditions and strong winds.
