JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa maintains that Eskom is not being privatised but it's being restructured.
He says the state-owned entity is going to attract investment through this process.
Ramaphosa was speaking during a closing address of the National Working Committee's visit to Gauteng.
"For quite a while we have been saying that this entity of ours Eskom has to be restructured," he said.
"Now a lot of people misunderstand what we are seeking to do and they think that we are privatising Eskom. We are not privatising Eskom, we are restructuring it."
