Residents staged a protest at their local police station over service delivery ills that have turned deadly.
A community member was killed in a hijacking last week in a neighbourhood where street lights have reportedly been out for years.

Naylan Smith was shot dead in the driveway of his home on Friday morning. A witness believes had street lights been working, the death could have been avoided.
Police confirmed two suspects have been apprehended for Smith’s death. A follow-up meeting between the community and police has been set up for the 26th of April.
