ESTCOURT, KZN - KwaZulu-Natal will launch the E-Panic app by month-end to combat gender-based violence.
This comes as police report that over 100 women have been killed since October.
KwaZulu-Natal Premier Thami Ntuli discussed the e-Panic initiative.
