DIEPSLOOT - Three people have been arrested for public violence in connection with violent protests in Diepsloot.
Residents have been protesting over high crime rates in the area.
It was triggered by the murder of a former CPF chair after he stepped in to stop a robbery.

Protests turned violent on Wednesday as foreign-own businesses were targeted and shops destroyed.
