Developing nations demand accountability from polluters at COP29

AZERBAIJAN - Developing nations are not in Baku, cap in hand, but rather with a list of demands. 

That's as Cop29 continues in Azerbaijan.

There's a change in attitude as emerging countries demand accountability from the world's biggest polluters. 

South Africa is leading the charge in proposing increased funding from developed nations. 

It says this will enable the global south to undertake energy transition, and mitigate impacts of climate change.
