JOHANNEBSURG - The Forum for South Africa says the Cwecwe rape case must not be allowed to fade from public attention.
It believes if the case is properly investigated and justice is served, it could set a powerful precedent.
The forum says this will encourage other survivors of abuse to come forward knowing they will be heard.

The 7-year-old was raped in Matatiele in the Eastern Cape, allegedly on Bergview College premises, which is a private school.
The alleged rape sparked national wide protests.
