Chris Pappas makes big promises

DURBAN - uMngeni mayor Chris Pappas is making big promises.

The DA has named him as its KwaZulu-Natal Premier candidate for the 2024 elections.

He says the provision of basic services, boosting the struggling economy, and restoring the rule of law will be some of his priorities - should his party emerge victorious in the province.

Pappas is considered popular with the electorate and has some governance experience as he is the only DA mayor in KZN.
