JOHANNESBURG - Basic Education says the 2024 Matric results will be published.
This follows the Information Regulator's enforcement notice to halt the publication.
It issued the notice due to non-compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act.
Basic Education Minister Siviwe Gwarube says printing the results in newspapers is not an invasion of privacy.
She says it also makes it easier for pupils to get the information.
