JOHANNESBURG - The MK Party says it's not surprised by Monday's Constitutional Court ruling.
It found its leader, former President Jacob Zuma, can't stand as a candidate come next week's elections.
Party spokesperson Nhlamulo Ndhlela says the battle isn't over.
The new party is aiming for a two-thirds majority so it can change the Constitution.
It says the apex court's decision infringes on the rights of voters who want Zuma as their head of the state.
