Former IEC chair Dr Brigalia Bam comments on elections
JOHANNESBURG - The IEC is being commended for its quick system setup and staff training efforts in preparing for the elections.
Brigalia Bam, the former chair of the IEC, expressed her amazement at this and said the commission's voter education was successful.
