MOTHERWELL - Community members in Motherwell say they're tired of being sent from pillar to post without getting the healthcare assistance they need.
They've been demonstrating outside the local clinic calling on the Eastern Cape health department to employ more healthcare workers.
The NU 8 clinic has been closed for a week now due to staff shortages.
The provincial health department has assured residents their concerns are being prioritised.
It's calling on them to approach neighbouring clinics for now.
- eNCA's Nceba Ntlanganiso filed this report.
