JOHANNESBURG - It's the final day for you to upgrade your prepaid electricity meter.
But Eskom has given a reprieve to zero-buyers.
These are consumers who have not purchased electricity recently.

Over a million people face the risk of being in the dark come Monday if they don't recode by Sunday.
Eskom's Daphne Mokwena is urging customers who have been buying electricity from ghost vendors to go to a legal vendor to buy electricity and upgrade the meter if it's still working.
