Mapisa-Nqakula is demanding full access to case dockets to prove it.
She's accused the police of flouting due process in their investigation.

The former National Assembly speaker was back in court for her pre-trial hearing.
She faces 12 counts of corruption and a money laundering charge, for allegedly receiving kickbacks worth R4 million from a defence contractor during her stint as Defence Minister.
