PRETORIA - Former National Assembly speaker Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula is expected to return to the High Court in Pretoria on Thursday morning.
She made a brief appearance in October in which her defence requested a postponement to bring an application for disclosure.
Her bail conditions were extended under the same conditions.

Mapisa-Nqakula's bail was extended to 5 December.
The application was also the cause of the delay in the pretrial.
She faces 12 counts of corruption and one of money laundering for allegedly soliciting bribes during her time as defence minister.
