Justice for Meyiwa | Trial continues with calls between accused and Kelly Khumalo scrutinised

PRETORIA - Singer and actress Kelly Khumalo is expected to take centre stage at the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial.

This as legal teams argue if there were calls made between her and some of the five men accused of the killing.

It all comes down to the testimony of police data analyst Lambertus Steyn.

He earlier testified there were calls between Khumalo and one of the accused.

But evidence from Vodacom does not seem to support that.

That prompted the State to recall Steyn.

The defence says this is just a sneaky way for the state to introduce new evidence.

It also accuses prosecutors of fabricating the case against the accused.
