JOHANNESBURG - Law enforcement bust an alleged drug kingpin in the inner City of Johannesburg.
On Wednesday, SAPS, JMPD, Home Affairs, and immigration officials conducted operation Nomakanjani Manje Namhlanje, a crime prevention initiative focusing on undocumented individuals and crime prevention in the inner city.

Former MMC David Tembe, who was JMPD police chief said they raided the alleged kingpin’s flat and found drugs.
Officials also targeted Noord Taxi Rank and Hillbrow.
While there have been claims of suspects being mishandled by officials, MMC for Community and Safety Mgcini Tshwaku denied the allegations
