East London ratepayers angry over beach parties
EAST LONDON - A drinking culture that is getting out of hand.
That's how ratepayers of East London are describing the behaviour of visitors flocking to their beaches.

They are accusing authorities in the Buffalo City Metro for ignoring calls to tighten security at beaches.
