Unpacking the cancelled SAA-Takatso agreement

JOHANNESBURG - The partial privatisation of South African Airways is off. Retiring Public Enterprises Minister  Pravin  Gordhan cancelled the deal that would have seen the Takatso Consortium take over 51-percent of ownership.
