JOHANNESBURG - On Monday, the Customs Division of SARS and the Eswatini Revenue Service released the findings of a Time Release Study they conducted jointly.
For a week in November the study gathered vital data about trade through borders in the Southern African Customs Union.
It looks at the time required for the release and clearance of goods and identified bottlenecks.
SARS Commissioner, Edward Kieswetter spoke to the eNCA about these findings.
