DURBAN - Some of Durban’s beaches have been reopened and that’s good enough for the many people descending on the city’s shores for some summer fun in the sun.
Of course, not everyone is as optimistic.

The eThekwini Municipality has been under pressure to fix infrastructure destroyed in April’s floods.
The damage led to raw sewage spilling into the ocean and forced the closure of several beaches.
