JOHANNESBURG - Some relief for motorists as fuel prices drop across the board from midnight.
Both grades of petrol will go down by R1.24 a litre.
A litre of diesel will cost up to R1.18 less.
Illuminating paraffin will decrease by 80c per litre while LPGas decreases by R1.35 per kilogram.
The Mineral Resources department attributes the decreases to the strength of the rand against the US dollar and lower crude oil prices in May.
