COP28 Climate Summit | Crunch time for climate change conference negotiations

It's crunch time for climate change conference negotiations in Dubai, as Cop28 concludes on Tuersday.

While more than $700m has been pledged towards the loss and damage fund, there's still no agreement on the global goal adaptation.

And very little commitment has been made on the phasing out of fossil fuels.

More than 100 countries support a phase-out in some form,
but some oil-producing nations are not keen on any reference to reducing oil and gas at all.
