Will e-tolls bill affect service delivery in Gauteng?

JOHANNESBURG - Questions are being asked about how service delivery will be affected by the financing of e-tolls debt.

Gauteng's Treasury has made its first payment to Sanral to the tune of R3.8-billion and for the next five years, the province will have to allocate substantial funds each year to meet the repayment obligations.
