Zuma wants six judges to be recused from his case
JOHANNESBURG - The showdown between Jacob Zuma and the Independent Electoral Commission continues.
The former president has filed a counter application at the Constitutional Court to have six judges removed from his case.
The Umkhonto Wesizwe leader believes the judges aren't fit to adjudicate the matter because they were part of the bench that convicted him and sentenced him to 15 months for contempt of court.
This for failing to appear before the State Capture inquiry.
