WATCH | VBS co-founder Madambi Muvhulawa comments on bank saga

JOHANNESBURG - Justice and Constitutional Development minister, Thembi Simelane, has appeared and presented a report on her links to VBS bank before the Justice Portfolio Committee.

She admitted taking a R575,600 'commercial loan' from Gundo Wealth Solutions, a company that brokered unlawful investments of R349 million into VBS Mutual Bank.

The loan was allegedly taken out in 2016, when she was the Mayor of Polokwane.
