CAPE TOWN - ActionSA has filed a criminal complaint against the Justice Minister Thembi Simelane.

It relates to her alleged corrupt involvement with a VBS Mutual Bank loan.

It's alleged while serving as the Polokwane Mayor in 2016, she took a loan of over 500-thousand rand.
