JOHANNESBURG - Many have labelled it a ticking time bomb, we're talking about unemployment, and the numbers continue to rise.
Over 8-million people are currently jobless, with youth and women most affected.
The situation undoubtedly calls for practical solutions from the government and other key stakeholders.
