JOHANNESBURG - While the power utility is still battling to get a grip on the energy crisis, Parliament’s Standing Committee on Public Accounts wanted answers from the board of Eskom about the serious allegations made by former CEO André de Ruyter.
De Ruyter revealed the extent of the rot at the state-owned enterprise citing wide-scale corruption, malpractice, and sabotage.
