JOHANNESBURG - The COP28 UN Climate talks have agreed to a historic agreement on global adaption efforts on climate change.

It includes the phasing out of fossil fuels, global energy efficiency by 2030 and the delivery of national adaptation plans by 2025 to be implemented by 2030.

The eNCA spoke to Barbara Creecy, the Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment.
