Maimane says rolling blackouts are a major threat to the country’s economic growth.
He says the government should also consider an investment fund for independent power producers.
Maimane also says the Mid-term Budget statement is a missed opportunity to address issues that directly impact citizens.
He says cutting personal income tax would have given taxpayers some financial breathing room.
