JOHANNESBURG - Police admit that acts of vigilantism in Thembisa are an indictment on them.

On Friday, the police’s top brass in Ekurhuleni appeared before the Gauteng legislature’s portfolio committee meeting following the killing of five men suspected to have been stoned to death by the community.
