WATCH | Officials play blame game over botched project

EKURHULENI - The City of Ekurhuleni and a Gauteng government department are playing the blame game over a botched mega housing project.

Ekurhuleni spent R163m installing bulk infrastructure for water, sewage and electricity but the department says the City can’t build housing units next to a wetland.
