JOHANNESBURG - Survivors of the Usindiso Building fire, say justice has not been served, and that government has failed to deliver on its mandate, to reclaim the inner city.
August 31 marked a year since a blaze in the hijacked building in Marshalltown, Johannesburg claimed 77 lives.

Survivors and civil organisations held a candlelight service in honour of the victims. These survivors say they're still traumatised a year after the tragic incident.
