JOHANNESBURG - The ANC's National Executive Committee has wrapped up its meeting ahead of its 8 January statement.
Party leaders joined religious services across Mpumalanga on Sunday to pray for the future of the party.
Its top team met for the first time this year before its 112th birthday.
ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa was expected to close the NEC meeting but was unable to, after being called away to attend to important state matters.
