MBABANE, ESWATINI - There are concerns that Mpox could become a pandemic in Africa.

The international response has been sluggish towards the spread of the disease.

Africa needs 10 million vaccines to halt the spread, yet access remains scarce and there is currently no Mpox vaccine available in South Africa.
