BLOEMFONTEIN - Moroadi Cholota is out on bail after the judge ruled that she is not a flight risk.

Cholota is facing charges of fraud, corruption and money laundering.

The crimes in question were allegedly committed while she was working as former Free State premier Ace Magashule's personal assistant.
