WATCH | MK Party fighting for Jacob Zuma's candidacy

JOHANNESBURG - The MK party wants the electoral court to overturn the IECs decision to bar Zuma as a parliamentary candidate. 

The party argues that these proceedings can only be described as civil proceedings that merely invoked a criminal sanction which is the 15-month sentence.
