Hawks makes 818 arrests for serious crime
JOHANNESBURG - The Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation has reported significant progress in apprehending individuals involved in high-profile cases.
These arrests have targeted individuals linked to serious corruption, organized crime, major commercial crimes such as fraud, theft, and money laundering, as well as police killings.
Hawks head Godfrey Lebeya says over 800 suspects have been brought before various courts across the country.
