PIETERMARITZBURG - Two days before the official opening of the KwaZulu-Natal COGTA Offices in Ulundi, Premier Thami Ntuli has put brakes on the whole thing.
COGTA MEC, Thulasizwe Buthelezi announced the move and said it was to ensure government services are moved closer to rural communities.

At a stage both Ulundi and Pietermaritzburg were joint provincial capitals, but when the ANC took over in 2004 the functions of the capital were moved to Pietermaritzburg.
