JOHANNESBURG - A shooting at Kagiso Secondary School on Friday has once again put safety at schools under the spotlight.

It's alleged an intruder came onto the school grounds when the main gate was opened for a car to drive in.
It is further said that the intruder proceeded to the admin block and demanded to see the principal.
When told the principal wasn't available, he allegedly drew a knife and stabbed a teacher in the hand.
This prompted another teacher to shoot the man, killing him.
