WATCH | Joburg Water infrastructure under strain

JOHANNESBURG - Johannesburg residents are frustrated with recurring planned water outages.

Water Management expert, Anja du Plessis, says the city's water infrastructure is under strain because of municipalities' failure to collect revenue, as well as vandalism and theft.
