HARTBEESPOORT, NORTH WEST - In what has been hailed as a landmark victory, the International Court of Justice has ordered Israel to prevent killing and harming people in Gaza.
It follows South Africa's approach to the World Court, accusing Israel of violating the Genocide Convention.

I-C-J President Joan Donoghue noted that the court had found sufficient evidence of dispute for the genocide case and said it would not throw it out.
