JOHANNESBURG - The country’s high youth unemployment rate is a concern.
According to Statistics SA, youth aged 15 to 34 years continue to have the highest unemployment rates.
Gauteng government is launching another recruitment drive to curb this.
The province aims to create opportunities for young people through its Last Mile Delivery Project.
This will be done over the next three years by creating openings in the digital economy, upskilling youth in e-commerce skills and providing motorbikes.
