DURBAN - A DA councillor in eThekwini is under fire after a voice recording surfaced, in which she’s alleged to be making racist remarks.
In the audio, the ward councillor is allegedly heard saying black people, should be excluded from employment in the local water pipeline project.
This is the second incident in as many weeks that's exposed racial fault lines, in eThekwini’s diverse communities.
The DA in KwaZulu-Natal says it is investigating the incident.
