JOHANNESBURG - Controversial pastor, Paseka 'Mboro' Motsoeneng, is appealing the court's decision to deny him bail.

Motsoeneng and his bodyguard are still behind bars, while his son was released on a warning.

They face 12 charges, including kidnapping, trespassing, Intimidation, and possession of unlicensed firearms. 

They were arrested after a viral video showed them brandishing weapons at Matshidiso Primary School in Katlehong, in an alleged custody dispute.
