HIGHFLATS, KZN - KwaZulu-Natal Premier, Thami Ntuli, is visiting High Flats following a mass murder in the area on Wednesday night.
It's alleged several members of the same family were gunned down but the motive for the killing is still unknown.
Ntuli briefed the media.
