Siviwe Gwarube will also address the rape of 7-year-old Cwecwe in the Eastern Cape whose violation highlights the failure of the education system to protect children.

"I want to plead with South African to say that we can't win this war on our own unless we make a decision to say will call this kind behaviour out and speak out when it happens we are not going to make dent without help of all our citizens." she said.
