WATCH | Cogta Gauteng MEC talks on Rand Water grant

JOHANNESBURG - The Democratic Alliance in Gauteng has alleged that COGTA returned millions allegedly meant for Rand Water, back to the Treasury.

This came to light in Gauteng's Provincial Consolidated Financial Statements for the 2022/2023 financial year.
