WATCH | Chiloane urges Ramaphosa to sign BELA Bill

JOHANNESBURG - Gauteng Basic Education MEC, Matome Chiloane has joined calls for those calling on President Cyril Ramaphosa to sign the Bela Bill.

This despite some opposition from other quarters, including the ANC's GNU partner, the Democratic Alliance. 

Speaking to eNCA, Chiloane says they are fully in support of the President in signing this bill into law.
